In The Press

The Body/Mind/Spirit connection has recently gained more credibility in western science and medicine as featured on the covers of Time, Newsweek and a growing number of health journals.

leaving behind our most valuable
assets; a quiet mind to reflect on
humanity’s higher priorities?

On Meditation: "In past ages they probably would have been called contemplatives... Their role is just as vital as the creators, the doers, and the reformers. Their function is to anchor the frequency of the new consciousness on this planet." Eckhart Tolle, "A New Earth"

“The Biology of Joy”-

Recent findings suggest that meditation may change brain and immune function in positive ways and underscore the need for additional research.

“It was exciting... We didn’t expect to see anything quite that dramatic.”
